Neshama Coach
Uzi Moses
You are not broken. You are plugged into the wrong source.
Seven days. One message a day. Why everything looks fine on the outside and something is still missing on the inside.

Hundreds of thousands of views a month.
If you are here, you probably know this feeling:
- You built things you once only dreamed about, and there are still moments you feel empty.
- You give to everyone, and sometimes there is no one giving to you.
- You give yourself up quietly, then resent yourself for giving in.
- You tried therapy, books, courses. You understood a lot. Little changed.
This is not a psychological problem. It is a connection problem.
Baal HaSulam teaches one thing that is simple to say and hard to swallow: the will to receive is never filled. Not by money, not by success, not by love. It is built so that every filling quiets it for a moment and enlarges it afterward.
So you can get exactly what you asked for and be left with exactly the same lack. That is not ingratitude. It is mechanics.
The will is only filled when it changes direction. When it stops asking what am I getting and starts asking what am I giving.

Who I am

Uzi Moses. I did not come to this wisdom out of academic curiosity. I came to it from a place where everything on the outside worked and nothing on the inside did. It took me years to understand that I did not need another achievement, I needed a different direction. What I learned there is what I teach here. I wrote World of Illusion and host The Uzi Moses Experience Podcast.
The first step is small on purpose.

My work is spiritual and emotional mentoring. It is not psychological treatment and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in distress, in danger, or in an abusive relationship, help is available now:
- Israel Ministry of Welfare helpline: 118. Free, 24 hours a day.
- The Centres for the Treatment and Prevention of Domestic Violence offer long-term treatment for a symbolic fee of about ILS 50.
